KSE Series Co-Rotating Triple Screw Extruder
The KSE series co-rotating parallel triple-screw extruder features three screws arranged in a "straight-line" meshing configuration, rotating at high speed in the same direction. Materials undergo intense shearing, extrusion, and other actions for efficient homogenization and dispersion. Compared with twin-screw extruders of the same specification, it adds an extra high-shear zone, doubling plasticizing and mixing performance as well as production capacity, with significantly improved devolatilization efficiency. The gearbox has three sub-series (B/D/G) and can be equipped with imported high-torque gearboxes and safety torque couplings. Applications include high-fill modification, masterbatches, reactive extrusion, devolatilization, biodegradable material mixing and pelletizing, etc.
