ITA EVO

ITA EVO is the INNOVATIVE and REVOLUTIONARY battery strapping tool studied for 13mm, 16 mm and 19mm PP and PET strap. Lightweight, well balanced, ergonomic and easy to be used, ITA EVO is MADE IN ITALY and it can works in three different operating modes (fully automatic, semi automatic and manual). ITA EVO have been developed without the standard opening lever for a more comfortable strapping operation. With the integrated Bluetooth connection it will be possible set, check and update the tool, directly with your mobile devices (APP available for Android and iOS systems). The tool have been developed with Brushless motors that allow a very fast strapping operation, granting also low maintenance, and improved electronic control. Equipped with high efficiency and long life Li-Ion battery, You can reach even more than 400 cycles per charge, without any memory effect. ITA EVO can be used in any application field, from timber to logistic, from steel to brick industry and, with the new “Soft Tensioning Mode”, also corrugated and all other light applications will not be a problem anymore.

ITA 24 & ITA 25

ITA 24 and ITA 25 are the most suitable and reliable three operating modes battery strapping tool, studied for PP and PET strap 13/16mm (ITA 24) and 16/19 mm (ITA 25). Lightweight, well balanced, ergonomic and easy to be used also with one hand, ITA 24 and ITA 25 can be used in fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual operating modes. Tools are equipped with Brushless motors to grant low maintenance, high speed and improved electronic control. With the NEW 18V 5Ah Li-Ion battery on ITA 24 and ITA 25 we can grant high number of duty cycles per single charge, without any memory effect on the battery. ITA 24 and ITA 25 use friction weld seal technology that guarantees high seal efficiency, without requiring any seal. The tools finds application in many fields, from the timber to the logistic, from the steel to the building industry, to the corrugated or bricks, or for any possible other strapping application. ITA 84 & ITA 85

ITA 84 and ITA 85 are the new and innovative strapping tools for Steel strap - Battery Operated. ITA84 is a tensioner battery operated for 19/25/32mm steel strap ITA85 is a Double Notch Sealer battery operated, for 19mm and 32mm steel strap. Using ITA84 and ITA85 will allow and simplify any steel strapping operation, in any working environment, without any constraints, pipes or air connections. ITA 84 can be used with any Itatools sealer (ITA85 - battery; ITA45 - pneumatic; ITA37 - manual). ITA85 can be used with any Itatools tensioner (ITA84 - battery; ITA44 and ITA44SP - pneumatics, ITA36 - manual) ensuring the most suitable strapping operation for any application, even in heavy industries, including steel coils, tubes or bars. ITA 84 and ITA 85 are equipped with a Li-Ion 18V -5Ah battery which allows high number of strapping duty cycles. Powerful, and easy to be used, ITA 84 and ITA 85 are manufactured to be durable and with very low maintenance required.
