Air Cooling Strand Type Plastic Recycling Machine

The air-cooled strand recycling machine is a complete set of plastic strand extrusion pelletizing production line cooled by forced air convection. No water tank immersion and drying processes are required. Molten plastic is extruded into strip-shaped billets through the extrusion die head, conveyed on a stainless steel mesh belt, and shaped via zoned air cooling by multiple groups of fans mounted above. After cooling and hardening, the material strands are fed into the pelletizer and cut into standard cylindrical plastic pellets.
