UHD AI MULTI VIEW BELT OPTICAL SORTER

Equipped with a multi-view ultra-HD imaging system and self-developed intelligent algorithms, and featuring a 360° surround sorting layout, it efficiently captures fine impurities such as hair and defective products. An optional infrared imaging module is available to detect and reject impurities that are difficult to distinguish visually, based on material differences. With a sorting speed of up to 240 m/min, it delivers high throughput and low carryover. Designed with high protection ratings and advanced hygienic standards, it is easy to clean and maintain, preventing microbial contamination and cross-contamination.
