HIGH SPEED INTELLIGENT PAPER CUP MACHINE

NEWTOP-168S9 high-speed intelligent paper cup machine, the main machine is the upgraded model of NEWTOP-138S, which cleverly separates the transmission and actuator. The design of transmission adopts “one horizontal and two vertical” dynamic axis layout, while the actuator adopts in-line suction feeding and cup forming technology, combined with the double turntable layout of 10-station male mold and 9-station female mold, realizing multi-station (≥3) for crimping, which makes the paper containers with stable forming dimensions, high crimping rate, and strong adaptability of paper. The model has flexible configuration and various options to meet different needs of customers: optional visual inspection system is available to reject defective products.

HORIZONTAL HIGH SPEED INTELLIGENT PAPER CUP MACHINE

The horizontal high-speed intelligent paper cup machine is an intelligent machine with high load, high rigidity, high precision, high speed and perfect integration of machinery and servo. It obtained the American patent (certificate No.: US 11241857B2) on Feb. 8, 2022. In 2016, NewTop company set up a team to focus on the R&D of the horizontal high speed machine, examined, evaluated and selected plan. Overall design started in 2017 and the trial production was planed to be put into production in 2018. With the support of Master Kong Instant Noodle Production Technology Center, the horizontal bowl machine is required to be delivered for use in 2020. In June 2019, the test run of the first horizontal paper cup machine was completed.
